Customers are able to withdraw their real cash balance at any time without it affecting the qualification, award, prize or wagering for this promotion.
The maximum real cash benefit that any customer will receive from Promoter bonuses or concessions is £10,000 per day (00:00-23:59 CET). This includes returns on wagers struck with promotional cash.

If you have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, then you will be entitled to participate in the promotion at the terms you entered it, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in the promotional terms or in these terms) and you will be entitled to any winnings associated with the promotion.
Where a customer is excluded from BV Gaming promotions, the Promoter reserves the right to exclude you from participation in promotions on all your accounts across our brands, as detailed here.
Should a change become necessary as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, for example, the cancellation of a sports event that was a requirement for participation, or a condition of a prize, the Promoter may substitute the reward for something of equal or greater value. For example, if the event that the free bet should be used on is cancelled, the free bet will be usable on any sports event.
