Documents we may require
We want your time with us as a customer to be as trouble free as possible but we have responsibilities under our GB gaming licence and GDPR to make sure we know our customers.
We need to establish that we have our customers correct name, address and date of birth.
If a customer plays with us beyond certain thresholds we also may request proof of income to satisfy our responsible gaming obligations and on rare occasions we may request a “selfie” with a corresponding photographic ID to be 100 per cent sure of identity.
It may be necessary to restrict actions on customers accounts whilst we are waiting for relevant documentation
