Fishin’ Frenzy is a straightforward fishing slot from Blueprint Gaming. Five reels sit beneath the surface of a calm blue sea, surrounded by coral, bubbles and the sort of equipment you might find on an afternoon fishing trip.

The Free Spins round starts when three or more Boat Scatters land during the same base-game spin.

The number of Boats determines the starting spins:

Once the feature begins, cash Fish and Fisherman Wilds join the action.

A Fish can land with a value printed on its body. That amount remains uncollected unless at least one Fisherman appears alongside it.

When a Fisherman lands, he catches every cash Fish currently in view. The game totals those values and adds them to the result for that spin.

Several Fishermen can appear together. Each one collects the complete set of visible Fish, so two Fishermen collect every value twice and three collect them three times.

The Fisherman also acts as an ordinary Wild after completing the collection. This means the same symbol can contribute to a payline win and collect the Fish values from that spin.

There is no progression meter, increasing multiplier or symbol-upgrade ladder in the original Fishin’ Frenzy. Those mechanics belong to later releases such as The Big Catch.

That distinction matters. The original bonus depends on whether the Fish and Fisherman land together, rather than asking players to collect a set number of Fishermen across the full feature.

Later Fishin’ Frenzy games add more features, but the first version remains deliberately uncomplicated.

There is one main bonus round. Cash Fish carry the values. The Fisherman collects them.

Nothing needs to be unlocked across several stages. There are no changing paylines during the base game and no meter to complete before the collection becomes active.

That makes the original easier to follow than some of its sequels. It may also feel quieter to players used to slots where every spin activates a modifier, cascade or progress bar.
