The Slingo Berserk game comes with a Viking-inspired theme and is set on the deck of a traditional longboat. Rough seas and a mountain range can be seen in the background, with animated lightning striking the board for a truly immersive experience. There are also four other longboats to the right of the screen, each of which is linked to its own jackpot.
A round of Slingo Berserk can be played with a minimum stake size of 0.20, and a total of 11 spins will be awarded at the start of the round. The 5 x 5 board has 12 different lines, also known as Slingos, with numbers 1 to 80 being used in this variation of the game.
Slingo Berserk was created by Slingo Originals, a company that has added a fresh layer of entertainment to many online slots by reworking them as Slingo titles. This is true for many of the games in their portfolio, which includes the likes of Book of Slingo, Slingo Money Train, and Slingo Reel Extreme!
To play Slingo Berserk online for yourself, start by signing in to your Heart Bingo account. Alternatively, if you aren't already registered, click or tap on the green 'Sign Up' icon at the top right and fill in the required fields. You will then need to verify your account and make a deposit if you want to play Slingo Berserk using real funds.
Now it's time to find the game from within our online Slingo catalogue. To do this simply type 'Slingo Berserk' in the search bar and click on the title when it appears. Once it's loaded, you can use the plus and minus buttons in the bottom left to find an appropriate stake size before clicking the spin button to get the game started.
Numbers and other symbols will then appear on the reel at the bottom of the screen. If these numbers match the ones on your card, they will automatically be marked off. The goal is to mark off as many lines or 'Slingos' as possible, which will allow players to progress up the pay table.
After all spins have been used, players can decide to buy more, if they wish. This is done on a per-spin basis, with the cost being clearly displayed on the spin button. Keep in mind that the cost can change after each spin, so check carefully before each play!
Forming three or more Slingos during a round will award the corresponding potential winnings in Slingo Berserk:
Number of Slingos | Payout |
1 or 2 Slingos | No Payout |
3 Slingos | 0.5x |
4 Slingos | 1x |
5 Slingos | 2x |
6 Slingos | 4x |
7 Slingos | 10x |
8 Slingos | 20x |
9 Slingos | 40x |
10 Slingos | 100x |
12 Slingos (Full House) | 500x |
Slingo Berserk also has three different special symbols that can pop up on the reel at the bottom of the screen. The first one is a green shield, which adds another spin to the tally. Up next is the lightning bolt wild which allows the player to manually mark off any number on the corresponding reel. The last special icon is a mace that acts as a blocker, doing nothing except for occupying space on the reel.
There is one bonus mode to discuss in this release which is linked to the four longboats on the right of the screen!
In addition to allowing players to cross off any number on the same reel, wilds will add a coin to the pile at the top of the screen when they appear. At random, these coins can cascade over the board, signifying that the jackpot bonus mode has been triggered.
A new screen will appear featuring 12 gold coins with players then being prompted to select one. The coin will turn to display one of four Viking faces, each of which is linked to a separate jackpot. When three of the same faces are revealed, the corresponding jackpot will be awarded. The different jackpots included in Slingo Berserk are:
Jackpot | Payout |
Mini (Blue Viking Face) | 20x |
Minor (Green Viking Face) | 40x |
Major (Red Viking Face) | 500x |
Mega (Gold Viking Face) | 1,000x |
Of course, there are plenty of other Slingo games online for players to try. Releases such as Slingo Fire and Ice, Slingo Wild Adventure, and Slingo Lightning are some of the most popular. Another game to consider is Slingo Deadliest Catch, based on the infamous crab fishing television series!
