Bee Keeper Slot Game Review

We don’t need a magnifying glass to spot the family resemblance between Bee Keeper and Reel Kingdom’s fishing catalogue. This time, we trade boats for beehives and fishermen for Bee Wilds, while the familiar Money symbol collection mechanic remains firmly in place. We spin across ten paylines on a 5x3 honeycomb grid, with three honeypots tracking progress through the free spins feature. Our first impression is cheerful, busy and suspiciously acquainted with a certain fisherman.

Theme & Graphic

We find Bee Keeper in a sunny meadow filled with flowers, honey jars and a beekeeper whose moustache deserves its own payroll. The 5x3 grid uses honeycomb shaped cells, while green fields and distant hills keep the background simple enough for the symbols to remain clear. Our main character appears on the Scatter, with the Bee Wild taking centre stage during free spins.

Animations focus on symbol collections, marked reel positions and the three honeypots beneath reels 1, 3 and 5. We also hear an upbeat electronic soundtrack that clashes rather confidently with the peaceful countryside. The combination shouldn’t work quite as well as the visuals suggest, yet we get a bright presentation with readable symbols and enough movement to make each feature step easy to follow.

Payout Table

We start with the golden card ranks as the lower paying symbols, followed by honey jars, flowers and fruit. Our strongest regular symbols are the honey dipper and beehive, with potential payouts increasing as more matching icons land.

Symbol Payout for 3, 4, 5 of a kind
10 $0.80, $4.00, $20.00
J $0.80, $4.00, $20.00
Q $0.80, $4.00, $20.00
K $0.80, $4.00, $20.00
A $0.80, $4.00, $20.00
Money Symbol (Honey Jars) $2.00, $10.00, $40.00
White Flower $4.00, $20.00, $100.00
Strawberry $4.00, $20.00, $100.00
Honey Dipper $6.00, $30.00, $200.00
Beehive $10.00, $40.00, $400.00
  • Bee Wild: We see the Bee Wild on every reel during free spins. Two Bee Wilds can potentially pay $0.80, while each Bee Wild substitutes for regular symbols except the Scatter and Money symbol.
  • Scatter: We can land the beekeeper Scatter on any reel. Three, four or five Scatters trigger 10, 15 or 20 free spins.
  • Money Symbol: We can see a random value of 2x, 5x, 10x, 15x, 20x, 25x, 50x or 2,000x the total bet on each Money symbol. Bee Wilds can collect those values during free spins.

Bonus Features

Free Spins

We trigger the feature by landing three, four or five Scatters, which award 10, 15 or 20 free spins respectively. During the round, every potential regular winning combination resolves first, including line wins made with Money symbols. Each Bee Wild then collects the values shown on all visible Money symbols.

Honeypot Retriggers

We see honeypots beneath reels 1, 3 and 5 during free spins. Every Bee Wild landing on those reels fills marked positions from top to bottom, and every fourth Bee Wild activates the next honeypot from left to right.

Our first honeypot adds 10 free spins and applies a 2x multiplier to Money symbol collections. The second adds another 10 free spins and raises the multiplier to 3x. The third adds 20 free spins and raises the multiplier to 20x. No further retriggers follow after the third activation.

Random Money Symbols

When Bee Wilds remain visible without any Money symbols, we may see Money symbols added to random positions at the end of the spin. The extra symbols then become part of the Bee Wild collection, which prevents an otherwise empty collection from ending with a rather awkward buzz and nothing else.

Spin Mechanics

We work with five reels, three rows and ten fixed paylines. Winning combinations run from left to right across adjacent reels, beginning on reel 1, and we need at least three matching symbols unless a symbol pays from two.

Among online slots with fixed paylines, Bee Keeper keeps the base game straightforward. We track ordinary line wins first, then move into collection effects during free spins. An optional higher chance setting doubles the stake and increases the likelihood of triggering the feature, while the underlying reel layout and payline structure remain unchanged.

Similar Slots

We’d compare Bee Keeper with three familiar titles that use related collection mechanics or swap one cheerful theme for another.

  • Big Bass Bonanza: The closest match in Reel Kingdom’s fisherman led collection system, where Wilds gather cash values during free spins.
  • Big Bass Football Bonanza: Another variation on the same core structure, this time with football imagery and progressive retriggers.
  • Bass Rush Express: We return to fishing and cash collection, although the presentation and feature flow take a different route from Bee Keeper.

Heart Bingo’s Opinion

Our opinion is that Bee Keeper replaces fish with bees but leaves most of the tackle box untouched. We enjoy the clear symbol design, the cheerful background and the easy to follow honeypot progression. The 20x collection multiplier on the third retrigger also gives the final stage a stronger identity than the opening round.

Across online casinos, cash collection slots aren’t exactly endangered, so originality isn’t Bee Keeper’s strongest point. We’d have welcomed a base game feature tied more closely to the honeycomb grid, rather than saving nearly every meaningful development for free spins. Even so, our view remains fairly positive for readers who enjoy Reel Kingdom’s familiar structure and don’t mind seeing the fisherman’s job reassigned to a bee.
