Medusa has more than a petrifying stare in Cash Flip Medusa Gold by Snowborn Games. Coloured orbs can open a coin-collecting bonus with six different features, from prize multipliers to an additional reel grid.

Medusa holds a glowing sphere above the reels, surrounded by coloured amulets. Ancient columns and gold details establish the Greek setting, while snakes, helmets, goblets and jewellery appear alongside green-and-gold card symbols.

Medusa Bonus

The red symbol reveals a value and adds it to one to five selected Cash Coins. It then becomes a Cash Coin carrying that value. Jackpot Coins are excluded from the increase. 

Multiplier 

The aqua symbol multiplies one to five selected coins by 2x, 3x or 5x, then changes into a Cash Coin. 

Collector 

The blue symbol selects three to seven coins and adds their combined values to its own position. 

Sticky Booster 

The purple coin adds its value once to newly landed Cash Coins on the activating spin and subsequent spins. The effect lasts until the bonus ends and excludes Jackpot Coins. 

Extra Spins 

The pink feature raises the starting allowance to four spins. Each new symbol then resets the counter to four. 

Double Reels 

The orange feature opens two separate 5×3 grids, each with its own spin counter. For the Grand prize, a completed column at each reel position can come from either grid. 

Combo Bonus 

The green Combo trigger activates two to six randomly selected cash features together. Payer, Multiplier, Collector and Sticky Booster can activate again during the round.
