A stone grid stands between them and the treasure underground. Some spaces begin covered by solid blocks, while the remaining positions hold gems, carved figures and playing-card symbols.
The aim is not simply to land a particular Scatter. Temple Tumble asks you to clear the temple itself.

All available ways remain active during each paid spin. You do not need to select individual paylines.
A standard round works like this:

The number may be lower at the beginning of a spin because stone blocks occupy part of the grid. Breaking those blocks opens more positions, which can increase the ways available during the same Tumble sequence.
Temple Tumble does not have the 117,649 maximum commonly associated with Megaways games that use six vertical reels and an additional horizontal reel. Its own maximum is 46,656. Relax Gaming confirms both the six-by-six layout and that headline number.
Temple Tumble Symbols
Temple Tumble uses playing-card ranks, coloured gems and carved temple symbols.
Jack, Queen, King and Ace sit at the lower end of the paytable. Green, blue and red gems carry higher standard values, followed by two carved symbols linked to the jungle-temple setting.
The exact payouts should remain inside the live information menu. Removing the permanent table avoids confusion over whether the figures represent total-stake values, individual ways or a different game configuration.
Wild Symbol
The Wild can replace regular paying symbols when that substitution helps create or extend a winning combination.
It appears on reels two through six. A Wild does not appear on the first reel, so a standard qualifying combination still needs a regular symbol to begin the route from reel one.
Temple Tumble does not use a conventional Free Spins Scatter. The block-clearing mechanic acts as the bonus trigger instead.
How Tumbles and Stone Blocks Work
Stone blocks cover part of the grid at the beginning of a paid spin.
They do not provide a payout and cannot form a winning combination. Instead, they limit the number of active symbol positions until a nearby win destroys them.
Whenever matching symbols produce a result:
- The winning symbols disappear
- Stone blocks beside those symbols break
- Symbols above the empty positions fall down
- New symbols enter from the top
- The game checks the refreshed grid again
Another win continues the Tumble without requiring a second stake.
The process ends when the replacement symbols fail to produce another qualifying combination. Any blocks left on the grid then reset before the next paid spin.
Clearing only some of the blocks can increase the number of active ways, but it does not carry progress into the following spin. Every new paid round starts with a fresh block layout. Relax’s official announcement confirms that wins are destroyed, replacement symbols drop and Free Spins begin only after all blocks on screen have broken.
How to Trigger Temple Tumble Free Spins
Temple Tumble does not ask for three, four or five Scatters.
You must clear every stone block during one continuous Tumble sequence.
That means the complete trigger must happen within a single paid round. Blocks destroyed on one spin do not remain cleared for the next.
Once the final block breaks, the game awards six Free Spins and moves the explorers underground. You then choose one of three feature modes:
- Multipliers
- Extra Spins
- Multipliers and Extra Spins
Relax Gaming confirms the three-way selection and designed it to let the player change the way the bonus develops.
Multiplier Free Spins
The Multiplier mode places special multiplier blocks among the ordinary stones.
These blocks can reveal values of 1x, 2x or 3x when an adjacent win destroys them. The revealed amount joins a running feature multiplier rather than applying to just one isolated symbol.
Further multiplier blocks can raise that total as the bonus continues.
This mode begins with six Free Spins and focuses entirely on building the multiplier. It does not include the special blocks that directly award more spins.

Stone blocks return during every Free Spin.

The selected mode remains active for the complete feature. You cannot switch from Multipliers to Extra Spins halfway through the round.
